Senior Full Stack Developer (Sr. Team Lead Position)

• Database Management: Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

What You Need:

• 8+ years of backend experience in MEAN (MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS, and Node.js) OR MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js). Proficiency in PHP frameworks. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js
• Strong project management, client handling and leadership skills
• Experience working on complex projects, such as enterprise-level clients and large database projects
• Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Leadership Abilities: A proven track record (3+ yrs) of leading and mentoring teams. 
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for solving complex problems and finding innovative solutions.
• REST API: Strong knowledge of REST APIs with authentication, including OAuthm web services, payment gateway integration
• Integrations: Experience with various third-party integration tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Monday.com, and Twilio etc. 
• Error Handling: Ability to understand and resolve errors, and assist team members with problem-solving
• Understanding of database design and optimization 
• Client Requirements: Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Integrating with payment gateways.

Beneficial Skills:

• Experience with WordPress, Drupal, and Magento, payment gateways
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
