The ideal candidate should have experience handling Monday.com practices, working with clients, and driving business growth through efficient project workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Reselling Monday.com or similar SaaS products: Drive sales of Monday.com solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption for clients.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, pitch solutions, and close deals to expand the customer base.
  • Project Management: Oversee project implementation using Monday.com, optimizing workflows for internal teams and clients. Workflows, automation, and customization.
  • KPI & KRA Management: Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators and key result areas for teams to ensure efficiency.
  • Monday.com Practice Management: Lead the implementation, customization, and best practices of Monday.com for various clients.
  • Client Handling & Support: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and business performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certification in Monday.com (if applicable).
  • Experience in SaaS sales or B2B software solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
