Outbound Sales Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist with experience in selling CRM solutions such as HubSpot and Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, cold outreach, and B2B sales, with the ability to convert prospects into clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable CRM solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Schedule and conduct product demos and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and presales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales within the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in selling CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong experience in lead generation and cold outreach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS or IT services sales.
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools and outbound strategies.
  • Ability to handle international clients (US/UK markets is a plus).
